Join the EPABID Business Development Committee taking place in the EPABID office every 2nd Thursday of the month from 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Goals: The Business Development Committee is responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing façade grant applications for completeness, providing advice & guidance to businesses interested in this grant, & presenting completed applications to the board

  • Creating Networking opportunities between businesses including monthly promotions meetings

  • Recruiting businesses to the avenue

  • Maintaining a list of available properties and interested businesses and making the appropriate matches

  • Maintaining a list of Business Resources including grant opportunities, education, etc

  • Assign Block Captains or Liaisons for each type of business: restaurants, services, retail.

  • Collect business concerns and feedback.

  • Share updates/information

  • Co-Chairs: Marc Faletti and Bill Rhoda

  • Members from the EPA Board: Michael Giangiordano
