Town Hall
The EPABID Board invites you to a Town Hall meeting on March 18th at 10am upstairs at Ember and Ash (1520 EPA). Topics will include Flavors on the Ave with organizer Bree Tomar on hand to give an overview and answer questions, as well as a read-out on what our committees have been up to and what's in the works for Summer 2026!

Reviewing façade grant applications for completeness, providing advice & guidance to businesses interested in this grant, & presenting completed applications to the board
Creating Networking opportunities between businesses including monthly promotions meetings
Recruiting businesses to the avenue
Maintaining a list of available properties and interested businesses and making the appropriate matches
Maintaining a list of Business Resources including grant opportunities, education, etc
Assign Block Captains or Liaisons for each type of business: restaurants, services, retail.
Collect business concerns and feedback.
