Code Blue
The City activates a Code Blue when we’re expecting very cold conditions. This includes:
When there’s precipitation and the temperature is 32 degrees Fahrenheit or lower.
When it feels near or below 20 degrees due to wind chill.
During a Code Blue, the City takes special measures to keep people who are homeless safe. These measures include:
24-hour outreach to find people who are homeless and transport them to safe indoor spaces.
Additional shelter beds.
Allowing homeless people to stay inside emergency housing throughout the day.

BOI Filing Updates
The Beneficial Ownership Information Report is filed to the Federal Government as part of the Corporate Transparency Act. This report was previously under a federal court injunction, but as of December 23rd it was reinstated by the US Court of Appeals. The filing deadline was January 13th; however, this due date has been pushed back indefinitely. Failure to report may result in fines of $500 per day. This affects all small businesses except: non-profits, publicly traded, or businesses with over 21 employees.
