To ring in the auspicious Year of the Fire Horse, Ember & Ash welcomes Chef Thanh Nguyen of Gabriella’s Vietnam into our kitchen for a one-night collaboration over the hearth.
Dinner begins with a round of street food–inspired bites, followed by a traditional Good Fortune soup. From there, the night opens into a feast. Expect a wide spread of dishes hitting the table, from meat & seafood to vegetables to noodles & rice, all meant to be shared and explored together. Followed by traditional Lunar New Year desserts to close the night.
