The EPABID aims to create more cohesion in the District and a better experience for residents and visitors with public space improvements such as:

  • Branded banners on light poles

  • Improved lighting

  • Wrapping of trash receptacles to minimize graffiti and better brand the District

  • Partnerships with local businesses, residents, and community groups on public art projects
