New East Passyunk Exhibit at the History of Italian Immigration Museum

EPABID is opening an exhibit at the History of Italian Immigration Museum featuring East Passyunk Avenue families and historic photos of the Avenue.

EPABID is opening an exhibit at the History of Italian Immigration Museum featuring East Passyunk Avenue families and historic photos of the Avenue. The exhibit includes photographs of family members of business owners, members of staff and property owners around the time of immigration, in Italy and in America soon after immigration as well as photos of East Passyunk from the past.

EPABID will host 2 opening receptions on Thursday, December 4, 6-8pm and Saturday, December 13, 1-4pm, both are free of charge and refreshments will be served. The museum is located at 1834 E Passyunk Avenue and is a project of Filiatalia International. It includes artifacts of importance to Italian Immigrants, including small business owners, a genealogy center, and a history of typical routes of immigration.
