Can You Händel It? East Passyunk Pop Up Choir

3rd Annual Pop Up Choir - Open to All!

Join us for a pop-up choral performance of George Frideric Handel's Hallelujah Chorus from his 1741 oratorio, Messiah, on East Passyunk Avenue. Add your voice and let the music move you, or simply come and watch as a spectator.

At the Singing Fountain (East Passyunk Ave. and Tasker St.) 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Together, we will learn Handel's Hallelujah Chorus and other carols, accompanied by live musicians. Participation by the general public is open and encouraged. No experience necessary, free to participate.

We will be using the Schirmer Edition of Handel's Messiah.Please bring your own score or print out your own copies, as printed copies will be limited.
