Separatist Beer Project emerged from humble beginnings—nomadic in practice but steadfast in execution. And though we are still young, we have grown from a sole brewer to a band of partners bonded by a love-affair with fermentation. We pride ourselves on utilizing foraged ingredients and building local partnerships, and we firmly believe that this is why our beer transcends the typical frosty pint.
